Five Companies to Invest KRW 29 Billion in Damyang

According to Yonhap News,
Five companies signed agreements with the South Jeolla provincial government and Damyang county government on KRW 29 billion worth of investment in Damyang.
Under the agreement, Bogang Chemical Co. will invest KRW 10. 7 billion to build factories to produce casting molds for electronic devices in a 20,266㎡ site in Wolsan-myeon, Damyang county next year.
Farmers’ cooperative Woobang is also planning to invest KRW 6 billion to build factories in a 16,258㎡ area in Yong-myeon, Damyang county in order to produce various processed food items.
Yoo Chang Industry Co. aims to invest KRW 5.5 billion to build a production base for automobile seat frames and bumpers in a 11,732㎡ site within the Damyang Eco High-Tech Agricultural Industry Complex.
Vitamin House P&D will also invest KRW 4.7 billion to build factories for vitamins and dietary supplementary items within the Eco High-Tech Agricultural Industry Complex, while Eurotech Co. will establish factories to produce special industrial doors.
The South Jeolla provincial government and Damyang county government agreed to provide a full suite of administrative support to the corporate investors.
